1: If it is raining will the tour go through?
In general our tours are operational with all weather conditions unless there are unusual heavy conditions. We can provide you with capes so that you stay dry. Please call us ahead of time If you think the tour might be cancelled due to weather conditions.

2: Do I need a helmet?
Amsterdam is considered safe to bike. Most people do not use a helmet; however, if you insist to have one. Helmets rentals are available at our store.

3: What happens if I get a puncture during a tour?
In general our tires are anti-puncture tires so the chance you have a puncture is small; however, in case of puncture we can repair your tire on spot. If we don’t succeed to do that, we can provide you with another tour or return your money in case you can’t take another tour at a different time schedule.

4: I am not in good physical condition, can I still bike at low pace?
Amsterdam is flat and very easy to bike at low pace for all levels of conditions.

5: Is it dangerous to ride a bike in Amsterdam?
Amsterdam is considered safe for bicycles, it is even elected last year Bike city of Europe. Cycling is fun, efficient, easy and safe if you watch out for all other traffic at all times and follow a few rules. The system of traffic control and, more importantly, the motorists themselves, take cyclists into account and accidents are rare. For more information please read the safety page.

7: How many people go in a group?
Groups are for your convenience 20 persons maximum.

8: Which language do you speak on your tour?
We usually speak English on our tours however French, Spanish and German tours are available in case we have at least 6 persons in a tour.

9: Do I have to make a reservation?
Reservations are recommended but not peremptory for tours and bike/electric scooters rental as this will guarantee you availability.

10: Which sights of Amsterdam will I see on the Amsterdam Historical tour?
On the Historical Amsterdam tour, you will bike in the most famous neighborhoods of Amsterdam, you will be able to see: The Beurs of Berlage, Dam Square, Palace of the Dam, New Church, Old Church, the canals, the Spui, Westerkerk, Anne Frank House, The Jordan, Vondel Park, Museum Square, Skinny Bridge, Red Light District and others.

11: How do I lock my bicycle?
Always lock your bike to something unmovable, preferably a bike rack using two locks, one through the back wheel and one around the frame through the front wheel.
