Bike rental

3-gear bikes with handbrakes, children’s bicycles and seats are also available. Reservation is not required but gives guarantee of availability. In addition we provide maps for beautiful bike tours in the area. Guided Bike tours are also available for groups of 10 or more.

Our bike tour will give you a deeper vieuw into the beautiful neighbourhood of the Zaanse Schans, its houses, its windmills, its people and culture. Morevoer it will give you the joy to explore it on the Dutch way, on a bike. Our region professional guides are fluent in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Czech and Russian. Hermitage Arrangement!

Starting from March, the Hermitage Arrangement bike tour will be given every Sunday at 10:30 am. The guided tour will begin with a two hours bike tour along places in Amsterdam with Russian influences and end with a one-hour guided tour in the Hermitage with the theme "Splendour & Glory". For group >8 other times are available upon request!

AmsterBike at the Zaanse Schans is open!

Our new branch at the Zaanse Schans, the village of the beautiful wind mills is open! If you rent a bike at our branch at Movenpick hotel in Amsterdam, you can bike to Zaanse Schans and drop your bike there. In our Zaanse Schans branch is also possibility for you to rent an electric boat at our partner "Varen op de Zaan".
