Method of payment: cash in advance.
For reservations only payment in advance is allowed. You can pay by credit card or by transfering the money into our account. You will get confirmation and order number once you made your reservation. For deposit a copy of a valid piece of identity as well as a valid credit card is needed.
Reservation
Make a reservation for your bike rental, tour or electric scooter ahead of time, this will guarantee you the availability before you visit our store. Reservation can be done only prior payment in advance.

Meeting point
Our tours start at AmsterBike in the Parking of the Mövenpick hotel/Passenger Terminal as well as at Oosterdokskade 143 by the New Library of Amsterdam. Reservation is recommended! A parking for your car is available if you wish to come by car. For public transport use tram 25 or 26, stop at Muziekgebouw/Bimhuis.
